| Summary: | È intenzione di questo articolo trarre le conseguenze dell’affermazione della nostra contemporaneità con Cristo attraverso la Liturgia della Chiesa. Seguiremo l’esposizione che Odo Casel fa in Il mistero del culto cristiano (Das christliche Kultmysterium) e poi vedremo come questo insegnamento si riflette e si sviluppa nell'attuale dottrina della Chiesa, prendendo come punti di riferimento i documenti del Concilio Vaticano II e il Catechismo della Chiesa Cattolica. Casel affronta l’argomento della presenza del Mistero di Cristo nell’anno liturgico, sia nel suo insieme che in ciascuno dei suoi vari tempi e feste. Dopodiché passa ad analizzare questa presenza nel giorno liturgico, ritmata dalla celebrazione della Liturgia delle Ore. Poiché la Liturgia delle Ore è fondamentalmente preghiera, nell'affrontare questo tema Casel svilupperà anche la sua dottrina sulla preghiera cristiana e il suo rapporto sacramentale con la preghiera di Cristo. The aim of this article is to draw out the consequences of the affirmation that we are rendered contemporaneous with Christ through the Liturgy of the Church. We shall follow the exposition made by Odo Casel in The Mystery of Christian Worship (Das christliche Kultmysterium) and then we shall see how this teaching is reflected and developed in the current doctrine of the Church, taking as our points of reference the documents of the Second Vatican Council and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Casel deals with the argument of the presence of the Mystery of Christ in the liturgical year, both as a whole and in each of its various times and feasts. Then he goes on to analyze this presence on the liturgical day, rhythmized by the celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours. Since the Liturgy of the Hours is fundamentally prayer, in addressing this theme Casel will also develop his doctrine on Christian prayer and its sacramental relationship with the prayer of Christ. |
