Description
Résumé:It is argued, on the basis of the poetic characteristics of Psalm 24, that the meaning of its present form should not be sought within a supposed cultic setting, but in the literary arrangement of its elements. The psalm is descriptionbed as a literary creation the purpose of which was to establish a bond between Yahweh and his worshippers within the concentric cultic spheres of earth, mountain and temple.
