| Σύνοψη: | The contribution investigates the issue of power within the Catholic Church. Criticism is directed at the current model of power, highlighting how, despite the Second Vatican Council having promoted the principle of baptismal equality, the exercise of power remains firmly anchored in the hands of the hierarchical apparatus. The article also focuses on the transformations of the potestas iurisdictionis and on the emerging tensions between the traditional conception of power and the push towards a more synodal and participatory Church. Il contributo indaga la questione del potere all'interno della Chiesa cattolica. La critica è rivolta al modello di potere attualmente vigente, evidenziando come, malgrado il Concilio Vaticano II abbia promosso il principio di uguaglianza battesimale, l'esercizio del potere rimanga saldamente ancorato nelle mani dell'apparato gerarchico. L'articolo si sofferma, inoltre, sulle trasformazioni della potestà di giurisdizione e sulle tensioni emergenti tra la concezione tradizionale del potere e le spinte verso una Chiesa più sinodale e partecipativa. |
