Leider folgten solchen guten Vorsätzen- vor allem auch in kirchlich verantworteten Bereichen - nur selten genügend Taten, und es scheint immer noch eine klare Vorstellung darüber zu fehlen, wie denn eine solche Ausbildung aussehen sollte und welche Schritte und Prinzipien einer solchen Initiative zugrunde liegen sollten. Hier kann das sogenannte Dreistufenmodell für Kommunikationsausbildung helfen, klarer zu sehen und konkrete Schritte zuplanen. | ||

Everybody today needs a certain knowledge in using the communications media, but especially persons responsible for the formation of young, must be equipped to teach and actually analyse the use of communication media. For the communication professional a thorough training is essential. Thus especially for Third World candidates, three-step training should be considered as has been proposed by several Church documents and the so-called MacBride Report as weil. Candidates should receive the basic training in their own local environment. After experience and capability they might add training on the national or regional Ievel in their continent. Only after considerable experience, a third step, studies or exposure overseas might be considered and this especially for those who are supposed to be the future trainers. | ||
