In diesem Zusammenhang werden auch theoretisch-praktische Überlegungen rund um ausländische Schiedssprüche, ausländische Sicherungsmaßnahmen sowie die Vollstreckbarkeit ausländischer öffentlicher Urkunden angestellt. All dies unter Beibehaltung einerseits der Besonderheit des vatikanischen Rechts im Vergleich zu anderen staatlichen Rechtsordnungen und andererseits der rechtsvergleichenden Aspekte in Bezug auf die Anerkennung ausländischer Entscheidungen innerhalb des vatikanischen Kleinstaat. | ||
| 520 | |a Il presente contributo scientifico esamina la questione del riconoscimento delle sentenze straniere nell'ordinamento vaticano alla luce sia delle disposizioni del codice di procedura civile vaticano sia della giurisprudenza dei tribunali vaticani. A questo proposito vengono svolte considerazioni teorico-pratiche anche sui lodi arbitrali stranieri, sulle misure cautelari straniere nonché sull'esecutività degli atti pubblici stranieri. Tutto ciò tenendo presenti, da un lato, la specificità del diritto vaticano rispetto ad altri ordinamenti statali, e dall’altro i profili interordinamentali relativi alla delibazione delle decisioni straniere all’interno del micro-Stato Vaticano. | ||

In this regard, theoretical-practical considerations are also carried out around foreign arbitral rulings, foreign precautionary measures as well as the enforceability of foreign public documents.
