Resumo: | Active citizenship and Education of participation have become central categories of contemporary political ethics. What papers do illustrated traditions and religious traditions play in the education programs for citizenship? Can we do without a plurality of moral sources and limit this education to their secular and cultured sources? What consequences does this restriction of plurality and pluralism of sources have in democratic deliberation in general and in the public educational spaces in particular? In this article the author wants to respond to these questions exposing two thesis: the urgency and necessity not to restrict or to limit the sources, and the attention to the change that is taking place in political philosophy when it approaches a democratic laity and moves away from a combat laity. |
