Description
Summary:This article presents a dialogue definition of responsibility that allows us to understand and manage the ethical bases of trust placed in a company. lt departs from the concept of responsibility as an essential moral resource which it is necessary in order to keep up the business legitimacy and trustworthiness. In a second step, Milton Friedman’s arguments against CSR are discussed and the paper proposes a responsibility concept based on the dialogue and possible agreement between stakeholders. Finally, the article suggests the main routes to develop a CSR ethical management from the kantian publicity principle.
