Description
Summary:In the present bioethical debates is usual finding appeals to nature as a way to justify certain moral options. Therefore, the invocation of a supposed "nature" of human beings, or the seemingly unquestionable "natural law" turn into bastions of an ethics not willing to abandon a fixed and reliable substratum. Nonetheless this approach must to be revised. Instead of human nature is required to deal with capacities of elements which make possible the human options.
