AB Der Beitrag untersucht die Perikope Mt 17,24—27 und stellt dazu zunächst die jüdische Tempelsteuer und den fiscus Judaicus vergleichend vor. Er argumentiert, dass die mt Perikope sowohl aus der Perspektive der Tempelsteuer wie des fiscus Judaicus interpretierbar ist. In beiden Fällen werden Fragen der Identität der mt Jesusgruppe verhandelt.
AB This article examines the pericope Mt 17:24-27 and begins by comparing the Jewish temple tax and the fiscus Judaicus. It argues that the Matthean pericope can be interpreted from the perspective of both the temple tax and the fiscus Judaicus. In both cases, questions of the identity ofthe Matthean community are negotiated.
