| Σύνοψη: | In the mainly German debate concerning whether Sunday services should be replaced by other programs, it is still vague what ideas are associated with the demands for change and how these could be established based on sound theological reasoning. This article outlines the main lines of discussion and offers criteria for examining the proposals from a Lutheran perspective, as these are neither to be dismissed from the outset nor is it to be expected that such changes would automatically revitalize church life. In der seit längerer Zeit in Deutschland geführten Diskussion, ob der Sonntagsgottesdienst durch andere Angebote ersetzt werden sollte, ergibt sich derzeit noch ein undeutliches Bild, welche Vorstellungen sich jeweils mit den Forderungen nach Änderungen verbinden und wie diese theologisch zu begründen wären. Dieser Beitrag zeichnet wesentliche Argumentationsstränge nach und bietet aus lutherischer Perspektive Kriterien für eine Prüfung der Vorschläge, da diese weder von vornherein abzuweisen sind noch zu erwarten ist, dass solche Änderungen automatisch das kirchliche Leben wiederbeleben würden. |
