Il presente articolo intende aggiornare quanto già presentato alla luce della specifica normativa promulgata in vista del giubileo del 2025. Vengono analizzate le particolarità sul tema nella bolla di indizione del giubileo Spes non confundit e nelle norme per ottenere l'indulgenza giubilare pubblicate dalla Penitenzieria apostolica. Si offre una comprensione della specifica normativa per il giubileo del 2025 alla luce delle concessioni contenute. nell’Enchiridion indulgentiarum nella quarta edizione. The contribution should be read by picking up on an earher article (A. MIGLIAVACCA, Le indulgenze (Indulgences), in QDE 11 [1998] 159-177) where the topic of jubilee indulgences was already dealt with in view of the holy year 2000. This article aims to update what has already been presented considering the specific legislation promulgated in view of the 2025 jubilee. The particularities on the topic in the jubilee bull of indiction, Spes non confundit, and in the norms for obtaining the jubilee indulgence published by the Apostolic Penitentiary are analysed. An understanding of the specific regulations for the jubilee of 2025 is offered tn light of the concessions contained in the Enchiridion indulgentiarum in the fourth edition. |
