Circa il secondo paragrafo si sviluppa in quali modi concreti il vescovo potrebbe emanare disposizioni inerenti le processioni eucaristiche o altre processioni. Il contributo si sofferma, infine, su elementi di diritto liturgico, provando anche a rispondere su chi sia il ministro proprio e poi sulla normativa civile italiana in materia di processioni compiute fuori dalle proprietà private. | ||

Concerning the first one, the peculiarity of the survival of this norm at the reform of the Code is noted, which has first of all theological and ecclesiological reasons, the competence reserved to the bishop on the feasibility of the procession and the reasons, also historical, that link it to the liturgical feast of Corpus Christi. The second paragraph develops in what concrete ways the bishop could issue provisions concerning Eucharistic or other processions. Finally, the contribution dwells on elements of liturgical law, also attempting to answer who the proper minister is, and then on Italian civil law regarding processions performed outside private property. | ||
