Moving from the international and European legal sources, the transformative trajectory of FoRB will be explained in several steps, to underline how ‘FoRB’ has progressively integrated the elements of ‘well-founded fear’ and ‘persecution’ within its scope and the effects of such transformative trajectory. 1.
