Die vorliegende Studie untersucht zunächst die methodologischen Bedingungen des Vergleichens. Wer vergleicht, muss plausibel machen können, auf welches tertium comparationis hin dieser Vergleich erfolgen soll. In einem zweiten Schritt wird nach den Implikationen für die christlich-jüdische Verständigung gefragt und gezeigt, dass Vergleiche religiöser Traditionen nicht nur normative Positionen, sondern auch die ihnen zugrunde liegenden Diskurse berücksichtigen müssen. In einem dritten Schritt wird die so entworfene Methodik auf das Themenfeld der Xenotransplantation und damit auf die zugrunde liegenden Menschen-, Tier- und Körperbilder in Katholizismus und Judentum angewendet | ||
