Il s’agit de déjouer les phénomènes de pacte narcissique et de fascination collective enfermant les victimes. Les systèmes de pouvoir abusif sont alors à analyser sans naïveté. La « solution » ne réside cependant pas dans un dispositif panoptique exhaustif de contrôle collectif, tout aussi inquiétant que les systèmes institutionnels, et intersubjectifs, ayant favorisé les abus. Elle suppose la mise en place résolue d’une pédagogie de la mentalisation et de la réflexivité à destination des personnes en situation d’accompagnement. La supervision ou l’intervision seraient ainsi à développer dans le champ de la responsabilité ecclésiale et de l’accompagnement. | ||
| 520 | |a This contribution analyses how unacknowledged violence and a kind of seduction inherent in dual or collective situations alter a person’s ability to consent, even in adulthood. In order to resolve this problem, it is necessary to overcome the narcissistic pact and collective fascination that confine the victims. We must therefore analyse systems of abusive power without being naïve. Nevertheless, the "solution" does not lie in an exhaustive panoptic system of collective control, which would be just as problematic as the institutional and intersubjective systems that have facilitated abuse. What is required is the deliberate implementation of a pedagogy of mentalisation and reflexivity aimed at those in situations of accompaniment. Supervision or intervention should therefore be developed in the field of ecclesial responsibility and support. | ||
