En tiempos del ‘segundo Templo’ el judaísmo retornante elaboró una ‘teología de la pureza’ que, sin embargo, mantenía una alianza de hecho con los sucesivos imperios que se instalaron en la región. Vemos en esa trayectoria ‘de la pureza’ antecedentes de la política genocida que hoy despliega el estado de Israel. Esa corriente fue hegemónica en tiempos del surgimiento del cristianismo -que bus- có instalar una ética del amor y la justicia— y su principal opositor. Este artículo procura, en una visión a vuelo de pájaro, mostrar esa trayectoria y la respuesta del mesianismo de Jesús. | ||
| 520 | |a Throughout the time of biblical composition, different theological trajectories emer-ged in Israel. Among them calls for justice and peace, but also a clearly exclusionary current, ethnocentric, endogamous, and aggressive towards the surrounding peoples. At the time of the ‘Second Temple’, returning Judaism elaborated a ‘theology of pu-rity’ which, however, maintained a de facto alliance with the successive empires that settled in the region. We see in this trajectory of ‘purity’ precursors of the genocidal policy that the state of Israel deploys today. This current was hegemonic at the time of the emergence of Christianity – which seeks to install an ethic of love and justice – and is its main opponent. This article attempts, in a bird’s-eye view, to show that trajectory and the response of Jesus’ messiahship. | ||
