| 520 | |a In a first part, the article attempts to quantify the conceptual difficulties of a theology of revelation related to religions, based on competing religious-theological and religious- philosophical perspectives. This part also tries to explain the prerequisites that must be fulfilled in order to connect a theology of religion with a theology of revelation. In the second part, three different models of revelation are examined as leading examples in so far as they can productively contribute to a theology of religions that appreciates religious traditions as divine revelation. Against the background of a specific understanding of truth, a semantic-semiotic model of revelation is recommended. | ||
