L’article entre dans cette configuration par la théologie en s’interrogeant d’abord sur la mutation contemporaine de l’institutionnalité ecclésiale et sa répercussion sur le positionnement institutionnel du théologien et de la théologienne. Abordée en un deuxième temps, leur appartenance à l’institution universitaire leur pose la question de savoir pour quelles raisons théologiques ils doivent laisser la place à une pluralité de savoirs, parmi eux les sciences sociales, et entrer en apprentissage par rapport à elles. C’est cette double « formalité » ou « appartenance » institutionnelle, difficile à réaliser en raison de la complexité « transdisciplinaire » qui en résulte et de la diversification culturelle et confessionnelle de ses configurations, qui conduira à situer le charisme du théologien et de la théologienne au sein d’une vision messianique du monde, plus large que son orientation proprement chrétienne. | ||
| 520 | |a Whether within university institutions under Church jurisdiction or in a complex play of relationships between faculty powers of a State university and Church powers of appointing and control, the way a theologian belongs to the institution must today be examined from two different standpoints, intrinsically interwoven and in tension. This article deals with this configuration by theology in first examining the contemporary change in Church institutionality and its repercussion on the institutional positioning of theologians. Looked at secondly, their way of belonging to a university institution requires them to think about the theological reasons why they must allow for a plurality of fields of knowledge, among which figure the social sciences, and then take up relations of learning with them. This amounts to a double ‘formality’ or institutional ‘belonging’, which is difficult to create, due to the complex ‘transdisciplinarity’ resulting from cultural and confessional diversification of its configurations, which may lead to seeing the charisma of theologians within a Messianic vision of the world that is broader than its solely Christian orientation. | ||
