Description
Item Description:The central picture of Our Lady of Czestochowa expresses the theme which dominates this beautiful chapel which is the gift of the Polish people of the United States to the National Shrine. The altar of Botticino marble is flanked by tapestries made in France. The colorful ceiling shows the Polish Eagles and 20 mosaic figures of Holy people who represent Poland's love for God and his Blessed Mother. "Our Lady of Czestochowa, pray for us!"
