Item Description:Mount Saint Alban, Washington, D. C. Chapel of the Resurrection of 11th Century Norman architecture, this chapel is noted for its simplicity. Through the handsome chancel arch can be seen the Norman altar table and, above it, a mosaic of Christ's Resurrection by Hildreth Meiere. The chapel is a memorial to the second Bishop of Washington, the Rt. Rev. Alfred Harding, whose tomb is at right. Worshippers and pilgrims are always welcome at the Cathedral
