Item Description:St. Thomas' Church is the oldest Church in the oldest town in North Carolina. The Parish was established by the Church of England in 1701, the Church being erected in 1734. The Church contains many ancient relics given by the royalty in England. An annual pilgrimage is made to this Church every November
