Description
Item Description:When St. Philip's was dedicated in 1927, the communicant membership of the congregation was less than 25. Its membership has grown to well above 500. The Rev. Andrew Schulze and the Rev. Lester L. Charles, pastors of the church, are members of different racial groups. The church in its ministry and membership is a demonstration of the power of the Gospel to effect racial cooperation in the Church
