Description
Item Description:In 1883, a little church was built on a hillside overlooking the village of Fiskdale by Monsignor Brochu, then pastor of Nortre Dame, Southbridge, Mass.; for the dual purpose of honoring St. Anne and accommodating the Catholics of the village. A few years later a relic was obtained from St. Anne de Beaupre, Canada. This relic placed in the church is venerated by thousands yearly. Fiskdale on Route 20 between Worcester and Springfield, Mass
