Starting from the most important contributions of the magisterium, which highlight the usefulness of psychological tools, the relationship between the trainer and the candidate is juridically outlined. A correct approach requires a careful consideration of the relationship between the right-duty of the institution in charge to properly know the candidates and the legitimate right of each person to the protection of their intimacy. | ||
