This study is a reflection which, beyond its didactic aspect, concludes with the thesis of the obligation of the correct execution of the functions or offices entrusted to clerics. It is not a question of a moral principle of optional application, but rather of an ecclesial duty legally enforceable in the intersubjectivity of the relationships between clerics, ecclesial communities, and the Church itself as an institution. | ||

De l’abus de l’autorité ecclésiale à celui d’un office ecclésiastique, comme indiqué au canon 1378 §1, les facettes de la réalité sont pluridimensionnelles. Cette contribution est une réflexion qui, au-delà de son aspect didactique, se conclut sur la thèse de l’obligation de la correcte exécution des fonctions ou des charges confiées aux clercs.
