The aim of this research work is to carry out a study on the representation and inclusion of this subject in the new Autonomous Community of Madrid universities syllabus. The main objective is to address the importance of Canon Law in jurists training and, also, analyze the possible reasons that could explain this trend in curricula. | ||

El estudio de la asignatura ha quedado relegado y, en muchas universidades, no se imparte o, si se imparte, es optativa. La finalidad de este trabajo de investigación es realizar un estudio sobre la representación e inclusión de esta asignatura en los nuevos planes de estudio de las universidades de la Comunidad de Madrid. El objetivo principal es abordar la importancia del Derecho Canónico en la formación de los juristas y, asimismo, analizar las posibles razones que podrían explicar esta tendencia en los planes de estudio. | ||
