After examining the various sources that supply this missionary discourse, information will be provided on the flow of martyrs in Japan that occurred especially in the first half of the seventeenth century, their hagiographic recognition and the little-known role of women in the missionary projection of the religious orders and in the own legacy of victims of martyrdom. | ||

Tras examinar las diversas fuentes que abastecen este discurso misional, se aportará información sobre el flujo de mártires en Japón que se produjo especialmente en la primera mitad del siglo XVII, su reconocimiento hagiográfico y el poco conocido rol de la mujer en la proyección misionera de las órdenes religiosas y en el propio legado de víctimas del martirio. | ||
