Il contributo intende mostrare come l’origine dei ministeri nel rito liturgico dell’istituzione chiede di strutturare concreti cammini di preparazione previa e accompagnamento permanente che non siano concentrati primariamente sul fare (le funzioni da svolgere), ma piuttosto sull’essere (l’identità ecclesiale) dei ministri. A partire da questo fondamento teologico, nel testo si individuano i requisiti da verificare nei candidati, i soggetti della Chiesa locale responsabili dei percorsi di formazione e la loro concreta strutturazione, sia nella fase della formazione previa sia in quella successiva all’istituzione. | ||
| 520 | |a The reflection takes as its starting point the recent pontifical interventions aimed at enhancing the presence of instituted ministers - lectors, acolytes and catechists - in the ecclesial communities, deepening in particular the theme of formation. The contribution intends to show how the origin of the ministries in the liturgical rite of institution calls for the structuring of concrete paths of prior preparation and ongoing accompaniment that do not focus primarily on doing (the functions to be performed), but rather on being (the ecclesial identity) of the ministers. Starting from this theological foundation, the text identifies the requirements to be verified in the candidates, the subjects of the local Church responsible for the formation paths and their concrete structuring, both in the phase of prior and post-institution formation. | ||
