AB This text explores some of the main novelties in the new law governing the Roman Curia (19 March 2022) regarding nomenclature, the principles shaping the organization of its activity, and the revised distribution of competences. The author notes that the "institutions" of the Roman Curia are at the service of the Pope, of the bishops in particular Churches, but also of the faithful who benefit from such government, as well as their educational and charitable activities.
