AB L’étude de la constitution Pastor bonus et du Règlement général de la Curie romaine permet de mesurer la diversité des dicastères quant à leurs structures et à la démographie de leurs personnels. Une première partie présente la hiérarchie interne des congrégations et des conseils, puis les conditions d’embauche et de travail du personnel, avant de se livrer à une brève analyse sociologique, soulignant le nombre modeste des ufficiali de la curie. Une deuxième partie consacrée aux modalités concrètes de travail au sein d’une congrégation, présente le rôle des divers acteurs au cours de l’iter processuel suivi par un dossier au sein de ces congrégations qui aident le pape dans sa sollicitude pour toutes les Églises.
AB The study of Pastor Bonus and of the general Regulations of the Roman Curia allows one to measure the diversity of the dicasteries as regards their structure and the demography of their personnels. The first part presents the internal hierarchy of the congregations and their councils, then the conditions of recruitment of their personnel, before undertaking a short sociological analysis, underlining the modest number of ufficiali of the curia. A second part given to the effective modalities of work within the congregation, introduces the role of the various agents during the iter of a file, following due process, keeping track, within these congregations which help the pope in his role of caring for all Churches.
