The change in the paradigm by the abandon of compilation, is considered as the expression of how the Church understands itself.The dean of the Faculty, Ph. Greiner, considers not only the role of Cardinal Gasparri as the founder of the Faculty of Canon Law in Paris, but also his contribution to the reintroduction of the teaching of canon law in France, as well the influence of his parisian teaching on his choice in preparing the codification of canon law. | ||
