| Summary: | Le VIIIe colloque de synthèse doctrinale sur la notion d’« Église nationale » tenu les 15 et 16 janvier 2010 à la Faculté de Droit canonique de l’Institut catholique de Paris, organisé sous la direction du Doyen honoraire Jean-Paul Durand o.p., entre dans le programme que ce dernier a créé au colloque N° I de décembre 2000, déjà à l’ICP, dans le cadre du centre « Droit et sociétés religieuses » (DSR ) de la Faculté de Droit Jean Monnet de l’Université Paris-Sud 11. Ce programme - en droit comparé de la liberté de religion, ainsi qu’en histoire et sociologie des institutions - a donné lieu à six colloques hors de France : au Royaume Uni en 2001, en Roumanie puis en Grèce en 2002, au Liban en 2003, en Suède en 2006 et en Russie en 2007. S’y ajouta en 2009 un colloque à Sylvanès (France) de propédeutique au colloque N° VIII de DSR, avec les concours académiques du Centre d’études Istina et du Séminaire spécialisé « naturalisme et religions » de l’Agence Internationale Diplomatie et Opinion Publique (AIDOP). The eighth symposium of doctrinal synthesis on the notion of "National Church" was held on the l5th and 16th of January 2010 in the Canon Law Faculty of the Catholic Institute of Paris (ICP), and was organized under the direction of the Honorary Dean Jean-Paul Durand o.p. This symposium is part of the program which Fr. Durand initiated with the first conference in December 2000 already, in the ICP, within the framework of the center "Law and religious societies" (DSR) of the Jean Monnet Law faculty of the University of Paris-Sud 11. This program - in comparative law of the freedom of religion, as well as in the history and sociology of institutions -, gave place to six symposiums outside France : in the UK in 2001, in Romania and Greece in 2002, in Lebanon in 2003, in Sweden in 2006 and Russia in 2007. Then in 2009, in Sylvanès (France), a foundation course conference to the Eighth Symposium of the DSR, with the academic co-operation of the Istina Center for studies and of the specialized Seminar for "Naturalism and Religions" of the Diplomacy and Public Opinion International Agency (AIDOP). |
