The language of religion does not refer to the instrumental character of language but to a politics of the sign that constitutes a semiotic system that is at the origin of each culture. Thus, the article proposes a semiotic model and provides some semiotic clues for an epistemic statute of the language of religion in Latin America. Based on semiotic categories such as place, text production and limits texts, from which we expose that the language of religion produces strange texts, limits, which are linked to places of production, practices, beliefs, values that configure the social space and build the space of religion. | ||
