Felipe III escribió, al menos, cuatro cartas en las que confirmó la concesión de algunas rentas sobre los bienes de las iglesias de Nápoles y Sicilia, así como ciertosderechos aduaneros en los puertos de los territorios italianos. Este trabajo también aborda algunas consecuencias de la crisis regalista del siglo XVIII y la elaboración de dos falsos históricos, dos supuestas cartas escritas por Felipe III, redactadas en realidad por José García del Pino, secretario de la archicofradía y de la iglesia nacional de Santiago y San Ildefonso de los Españoles, en Plaza Navona, donde la obra pía tenía su sede canónica. | ||

On at least eleven occasions, the governor and the priors of the Roman pious work addressed the sovereign to inform him of their precarious situation and financial need. Philip III wrote at least four letters in which he confirmed the granting of some income on the assets of the churches of Naples and Sicily, as well as some customs duties in the ports of the Italian territories. This work also deals with some consequences of the royalist crisis of the 18th century and the elaboration of two false documents, two supposed letters written by Philip III, actually written by José García del Pino, secretary of the archconfraternity and of the national church of Santiago y San Ildefonso de losEspañoles, in Plaza Navona, where the pious work had its canonical seat. | ||
