As a result of this stance, the sacramental communion of the Church of England has been weakened, given the arrangements deployed to respect the conscience of the minor pars. Expanded in 2014 as mutual flourishing, designed to ensure a satisfactory coexistence between all parties, these arrangements have ultimately led to a two-tier theology of ministries, not received by the body of the church and the British civil society. | ||
