| Riepilogo: | The article is an attempt to set criteria for defining the key concepts of modern sociology of religion and for assigning phenomena constituting her area of interest to four basic categories: institutional religion, subjective religiosity, new spirituality and cultural religion. As the basis for the separation of these categories, the author proposes two distinctions: the individual - institution and transcendence - transgression. It also presents some problems related to the understanding of some of the concepts of sociology of religion, the effect of which is the ambiguity of their definition visible in theoretical analyzes and research works. |
