Description
Summary:With the reform of the marriage nullity process introduced by Pope Francis in the form of m.p. Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus and the subsequent divulgation of the Apostolic Exhortation on love of the family Amoris Laetitia, the whole Church has been invited to a fascinating journey of conversion of the juridical pastoral structures, proximity and proclamation of the Gospel. The aspect of proximity is fundamental to the interesting novelty of the reform by Pope Francis, delineated in articles 1-5 of the Procedural Rules of the MIDI and in some numbers of AL, that concerns the pastoral or prejudicial investigation that operates within the unitary diocesan pastoral care of marriage, as a specialized service for the benefit of salus animarum and serving as a bridge between the pastoral care of accompanying difficult situations and the work of the tribunals.
