| Resumo: | The main purpose of this article is to explain mass religious events. Events are a kind of bridge between traditional religious culture and contemporary popular religious culture. Their popularity is also due to the fact that they can meet the important needs of the individual more comprehensive than traditional forms of religiosity. The article presents legal requirements for the organization of this type of religious events in force in the Catholic Church and a proposal to divide these forms of religiosity by the entity responsible for their organization. |
