AB A partir de la reforma procesal de Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus se han creado numerosos tribunales eclesiásticos. En el caso de Argentina se han triplicado, de tal modo que es conveniente describir su presente, así como su historia y la proyección futura de los mismos. Teniendo en cuenta los primeros veinticinco años de un tribunal interdiocesano, se ofrecen algunas conclusiones a tener en cuenta para toda la tarea judicial.
AB Since procedural changes brought by Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus there have been created several ecclesiastic courts. In Argentina they have tripled, so it seems convenient to describe their present, as well as their history and repercussion. Having into account the firsts twenty-five years of an inter-diocesan court, this article offers some interesting conclusions for all the judicial task.
