| Zusammenfassung: | In the early twentieth century, monasteries remained an integral part of the Orthodox world in Ukraine. Being in the womb of the all-Russian church system, monasticism constantly felt the effect of organizational, political and spiritual unifying tendencies. At the same time, the external isolation of the monasteries from secular and even purely church life, and its own sources of replenishment of the monastic layer contributed to preserving the specificity of the further development of the monastic form of religious tradition in Ukraine. На початку ХХ століття невід’ємною складовою православного світу в Україні залишалися монастирі. Перебуваючи у лоні загальноросійської церковної системи, чернецтво постійно відчувало на собі дію організаційних, політичних та духовних уніфікаційних тенденцій. Водночас, зовнішня відмежованість монастирів від світського і навіть від суто церковного життя, власні джерела поповнення чернечої верстви сприяли збереженню специфіки подальшого розвитку монастирської форми віросповідної традиції в Україні. |
