CCEO Canon 916 $5; Dignitas Conubii Art. 16 §1: Competency of Latin Tribunals Extended to Eritrean Church in Canada
In June of 2022, the Apostolic Signatura expanded competency for Eritreans in Canada to the local Latin tribunals after receiving requests from officials of Latin tribunals.
