| Summary: | La creazione dello Stato della Città del Vaticano nel Trattato Lateranense del 1929 determinò la necessità di istituire una struttura amministrativa, distinta da quella ecclesiale della Curia Romana, che si prendesse cura dell'esercizio della funzione pubblica nel territorio del nuovo Stato. Nel corso degli anni diverse norme hanno provveduto a detenninare l'organizzazione di tale struttura denominata Governatorato. Il presente studio analizza l'attuale organizzazione del Governatorato vaticano, stabilita dalla Legge n. CCLXXIV del 7 giugno 2019. The creation of the Vatican City State in the Lateran Treahy of 1929 determined the need to establish an administrative structure, distinct from the ecclesial one of the Roman Curia, which would take care of the exercise of the public function in the territory of the new State. Over the years, various regulations have determined the organization of this structure called the Governorate. This study analyzes the current organization of the Governorate of Vatican City State, established by Law no. CCLXXIV of 7 June 2019. |
