| Sumario: | The author analyses the measures implemented in Spain to combat the COVID-19 pandemic at the different times when the state of alarm was decreed and how these measures meant de facto a restriction on the exercise of the fundamental right to freedom of religion and worship on the part of individuals. These measures were also implemented by the different public administrations and, although they obtained the full cooperation of the different religious denominations in their application, they were the cause of protest by some Christian groups. El autor analiza las medidas que para paliar la pandemia del COVID-19 se instauraron en España en los diferentes momentos en los que se decretó el estado de alarma y cómo dichas medidas supusieron de facto una restricción en el ejercicio del derecho fundamental de libertad religiosa y de culto por parte de los individuos. Dichas medidas fueron además desarrolladas por las diferentes administraciones públicas y, aunque obtuvieron la plena colaboración por parte de las diferentes confesiones religiosas en la aplicación de las mismas, fueron motivo de protesta de algunos grupos cristianos. |
