| Σύνοψη: | The theme of synodal conversion, dear to Pope Francis, is not new; it has its roots in the 2007 Document of Aparecida, of which he was one of the main redactors. Such a conversion is unthinkable without the participation of all the people of God (Preparatory Document of the 2023 Synod, no. 6). Against the backdrop of ecclesial synodality and the co-responsibility among the faithful that it implies, Borras looks at what such a conversion suggests for a collective process of reform as well as the resistance that it brings out. He then presents some institutional perspectives for implementing synodality at the level of the particular Churches. La thématique chère au Pape François de la conversion synodale n’est pas neuve: elle trouve ses racines dans le Document de Aparecida en 2007, dont il fut un des rédacteurs principaux. Une telle conversion est impensable sans la participation de tout le peuple de Dieu (Document préparatoire du Synode 2023, n°6). Sur l’arrière-fond de la synodalité ecclésiale et de la coresponsabilité qu’elle implique chez les fidèles, Borras s’interroge sur ce qu’une telle conversion implique comme processus collectif de réforme en même temps qu’il dégage les résistances son encontre, pour enfin présenter, sur le plan des Églises particulières, quelques perspectives institutionnelles de mise en œuvre. |
