Se presenta un comentario de estos fijando la atención en el contexto histórico en el que se celebra el sínodo dentro de la amplia tradición sinodal de la Iglesia diocesana valentina, teniendo presente la situación de la Iglesia y de la sociedad y la constante enseñanza del magisterio pontificio posconciliar. Además, se aborda la naturaleza y fines de este sínodo, las fases del proceso sinodal y los órganos de gobierno y coordinación presentes en el Código de Derecho Canónico y concretados en ambos decretos. | ||
| 520 | |a The Archbishop’s decision of holding a diocesan Synod in Valencia implies the creation of a convening decree and a general statute on the Valencian Synod (2019-2020). A comment upon these is thus presented, paying attention to the historical context in which the Synod is taking place, the long tradition of the diocesan Church in Valencia, and taking into consideration the situation of the Catholic Church and the society as well as the teachings from the postconciliar Papal Magisterium. Moreover, the nature and purposes of this Synod are thus addressed, together with the different stages of the process as well as the governing and coordination boards which are present in the Canon Law Code and so established in both decrees. | ||
