| 520 | |a On the light of the jurisdiction (explained by the renewed canon 1688) of the diocesan bishop in order to decide a documental process of matrimonial nullity, we face some problems: 1) which is the competent bishop to decide it; 2) which is in the hypothesis that this kind of process is introduced at an interdiocesan tribunal; 3) which is the most correct procedure in order to bring before the competent bishop the case that must be decided.
