It is an attempt to extract what gives identity and meaning to peasant reading of the Bible, from the experience built in the last 30 years in peasant Bible schools, in courses, and workshops that have been carried out with peasants in the territories, with peasants displaced from their lands, with urban, mining, fishing, agricultural, shepherd peasants, owners of small parcels, and day laborer peasants. These methodological reflections emerge from the experiences, from conversations on paths, houses, and riverbanks, by the light of a candle, without any prejudice rather than the desire to learn and strengthen the peasant identity. This methodological path is synthesized in seven criteria that serve as clear and safe clues to make the encounter with the Bible a dialogue with the peasant project of God. | ||

Es un intento por extractar aquello que le da identidad y sentido a la Lectura Campesina de la Biblia, desde la experiencia construida en los últimos 30 años en las escuelas bíblicas campesinas, en cursos y talleres que se han realizado con campesinos en el campo, con campesinos desplazados del campo, con campesinos urbanos, campesinos mineros, campesinos pescadores, campesinos agricultores, campesinos pastores, campesinos dueños de pequeñas parcelas y con campesinos jornaleros. Las presentes reflexiones metodológicas, emergen de la experiencia, de las conversas hechas en los caminos, las casas y las orillas de los ríos, a la luz de una velita, sin más prejuicios que el deseo de aprender y de afianzar la identidad campesina. Este andar metodológico se sintetiza en siete criterios que sirven como pistas claras y seguras para hacer del encuentro con la Biblia, un diálogo con el proyecto campesino de Dios. | ||
