| 520 | |a Esta primera intervención se dirige a presentar las reflexiones que está realizando el Pontificio Consejo para los Textos Legislativos con vistas a individuar aspectos de la disciplina matrimonial que pudiesen ser objeto de eventuales modificaciones, a raíz de las recientes reuniones, extraordinaria y ordinaria, del Sínodo de los Obispos. Se comienza situando la disciplina matrimonial en el marco del Derecho Canónico de familia, para señalar desde ahí tres sectores en los que deberá realizarse un desarrollo normativo: completar la disciplina en las materias de familia que resulte necesario; individuar la respuesta canónica las nuevas situaciones sociales surgidas en este ámbito con ocasión de la legislación secular permisiva; y aprovechar esa nueva reflexión sobre la dimensión natural del matrimonio y la familia para perfeccionar la coherencia con ella de algunos concretos aspectos de la disciplina matrimonial vigente. El ponente se ocupa, en un segundo momento, de algunas exigencias pastorales derivadas del presente momento cultural, tratando sobre todo de la movilidad social y de la problemática de las relaciones interrituales que esta genera; así como de la idea del matrimonio que hoy pueden tener los que acceden a él y su influencia sobre este. Por último, se trata de la convalidación del matrimonio, no solo desde la convalidación simple y la sanación en raíz, sino de una convalidación ipso iure. | ||
| 520 | |a This first speech is focused on presenting the reflections that the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts is making to adapt the aspects of the marriage discipline that could be subject to future modifications, as a result of the recent meetings, ordinary and extraordinary, of the Synod of the Bishops. The speech starts by placing the marriage discipline in the frame of the Families’ Canon Law, to note from there the three sectors in which a regulation will have to be developed: completing the discipline in the family matters in which is needed; adapting the canonical response to the new social situations that have come up in this area after the permissive secular legislation; and making the most of that reflection regarding the natural dimension of marriage and family to perfect the coherence of some particular aspects of current marriage discipline with it. The speaker goes on to focus on some pastoral demands derived from the present cultural moment, addressing mainly the social mobility and the difficulties of the inter-ritual relations that this generates, as well as the idea of marriage that those who access to it might have and their influence on it. Last, the validation of marriage is addressed, not only from the simple validation and the sanatio in radice, but a validation ipso iure. | ||
