Resumo:Although all spiritual traditions mandate "do no harm," our habits of harm remain reflexive and pervasive. A Harmlessness Scale™ helps us to become aware of the many ways in which we routinely harm ourselves or others. A three-step "Butterfly Shift" daily practice can help us build our "harmlessness muscle" so that habits of harmlessness become automatic instead.
