Summary: | The MS 430 of the Bollandist Library appears to be a volume assembled shortly after 1871. It brings together some fifty documents, mainly from the 19th cent., but also a hitherto unknown medieval notebook of 12 folios containing a Vita of Christina the Astonishing (BHL 1746). This short article presents the results of the codicological, palaeographic, and textual study of this manuscript and concludes that it was probably copied in the convent of the Crosiers of Clairlieu (Huy) during the 15th cent. and not in 1361, as its colophon claims. |
